We were experiencing issues with our ISolar Cloud Dongle. City to Surf Solar attended our property the same day to resolve the issue. We needed a replacement Dongle which was ordered immediately and employee from City to Surf Solar returned within two weeks with a new Dongle and installed it. Their service from our initial meeting and on going has been excellent.
