Darryn Lyons doing his bit for climate changeDecember 6 2014
Darryn Lyons has recently taken very personal steps to once again show leadership in Geelong by reducing his carbon footprint. City to Surf Solar+ has just installed solar panels on his private residence – a move that will greatly reduce the amount of power being drawn from the traditional grid.
“Darryn Lyons approached us about installing a 10kW solar PV system at his house because he felt it was a way he could do his bit for the environment and set a good example for the people of Geelong about the importance of using a local company, supporting local business and helping the environment,” explains director of City to Surf Solar+ Mr Christian Pritchett.
